新的一年，新的学期。跟往年一样，在育德中学的中一学生都必须在上体育课的时间学习跆拳道。学校也准备了跆拳道礼服免费分发给每一位学生。课程是每周一天一个小时练习的时间。
学习跆拳道是前校长梁国基校长所设立的课程。已有十二年之久。跆拳道课程，注重的是团体活动和集律。
梁国基校长希望以运动能磨练每个学生学习的精神和优秀的品德。
