Greetings from the National Translation Committee (NTC) Secretariat!
We would like to share with you about the upcoming National Chinese Challenge Finals organised by SPH Media Trust’s Chinese Media Group and Nanyang Girls’ High School. The event is also supported by the NTC.
This year marks the 10th anniversary of the competition, and it will be held on
29 April 2023 (Saturday), 2pm – 4pm at Bugis+. This year, more than 1500 primary and secondary schools participated in the preliminary round. Of which, four primary schools (Rosyth School, Nanhua Primary School, Raffles Girls’ Primary School and
Tanjong Katong Primary School) qualified for the finals while six secondary schools (CHIJ St. Nicholas Girls’ School (Secondary), Dunman High School, Nanyang Girls’ High School, Raffles Girls’ School (Secondary), River Valley High School (Secondary) and Peicai
Secondary School) made their way to the semi-finals. The last standing four secondary schools will compete in the final round on the same day.
